Qikiqtaaluk Corporation, IOL Parcel E Master Plan

For the first privately initiated master plan in Nunavut, Re: public was engaged to lead the development approvals for the City of Iqaluit, including approval of the development scheme (master plan), coordination of extensions to servicing; a proposed by-pass road through the lands; and a public-private partnership for financing the required infrastructure. The resultant development will showcase innovative approaches to city building and sustainable design, that prioritize the development of a complete community, celebrates Inuit culture, and provides a full range of employment and housing opportunities for the Capital.
