Middlesex County Community Improvement Plan Manual

Looking to support economic development and community improvement across its 8 local municipalities, the County of Middlesex engaged Re: public to develop a CIP manual to help individual municipalities decide if a CIP is right for them, and how to create one. Using process mapping and municipal best practices as a base, the manual provides a road map for the creation of a CIP as well as example financial incentives, recommended budget allocations, and an implementation guidelines for Middlesex’s municipalities.
