City of Cornwall Housing Revitalization Plan

Seeking to establish a plan to revitalize their housing portfolio and identify new opportunities to development community housing units or incorporate community housing into new market-rate housing developments, Re: public provided expert planning services to the creation of a social housing revitalization master plan for both the City of Cornwall and the United Counties of Stormont, Dundas, and Glengarry including public engagement; analysis of the regional planning framework; and prioritizing of the City’s social housing stock for revitalization.
